She received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 1990. After law school she practiced as a trial attorney in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. From 2000 to 2014, she was a tenured faculty member at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law teaching Civil Procedure, Pretrial Advocacy and Ethics. Kimberly returned to private practice in 2014 joining Randy, her husband in his firm. She has been representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases ever since. She is also a frequent speaker at CLEs; in the past year, she spoke at “Taming the Paper Tiger: the Essentials of Motion Practice” and “Medical Malpractice Cases in NH.” Kimberly is the Immediate Past President of the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
